“This training marks another journey that promises to enhance personnel skills, expand their knowledge and strengthen their instructional capabilities. Training is not only essential for professional development but a key element in boosting operational efficiency,” he said.
The Theatre Commander urged participants to approach the programme with humility, open-mindedness, a sense of purpose and responsibility, stressing that the fight against terrorism requires a highly skilled and professional force capable of operating in synergy.
He expressed appreciation to the British Military Advisory Training Team for its consistent support and collaboration with the Nigerian Armed Forces, especially in the areas of capacity building and operational readiness.

He noted that the participants were drawn from the three Sectors of OPHK, as well as the Maritime and Air Components, and other sub-units under the theatre.
