Troops Arrest Wanted Suspected Terrorist Collaborator in Yobe

Troops of the Nigerian Army’s 27 Task Force Brigade have arrested a suspected terrorist collaborator in Kanamma town, Geidam Local Government Area of Yobe State.
Security sources told Zagazola Makama that the suspect was apprehended at about 12:15 p.m. on Oct. 17 during security operations in the area.
Preliminary investigations reportedly revealed that the suspect was on a wanted list in connection with a series of terrorist activities within the brigade’s area of responsibility.
The sources said that troops had intensified efforts to dismantle terrorists network in the North East.
