CAS, defence Minister, Service chiefs meet on strategic direction at NDC board session

The Chief of the Air Staff, Air Marshal Sunday Kelvin Aneke, joined members of the defence leadership at the Governing Board Meeting of the National Defence College in Abuja to deliberate on strengthening strategic military education and national security coordination.
The meeting, held on April 2, also had in attendance the Minister of Defence, Gen. Christopher Musa, the Chief of Defence Staff, Gen. Olufemi Oluyede, and other Service Chiefs.
Discussions at the session focused on reviewing the college’s training objectives and aligning its programmes with evolving security realities.
Participants also emphasised the need to deepen inter-agency collaboration in support of national defence and security imperatives.
The meeting was hosted by the Commandant of the college, Rear Adm. Abdullahi Ahmed, highlighting the institution’s role as Nigeria’s apex centre for strategic military education and policy development.
