Troops arrest three suspected terrorist informants in Bauchi

Troops of Operation BUGUN KARKANDA III have arrested three suspected terrorist informants during a patrol in Alkaleri Local Government Area of Bauchi State.
Security sources said the arrest was made on March 22 when troops, led by the Commander of 33 Artillery Brigade, conducted a routine patrol to Digare and Yalo villages.
The sources said the suspects were apprehended at Digare village based on intelligence linking them to suspected terrorist activities in the area.
“The troops, while on patrol, identified and arrested three suspected terrorist informants. The suspects are currently in custody for further investigation and necessary action,” the source said.
