Bandits Kill Two Vigilantes, Kidnap Woman in Kogi

Suspected kidnappers have killed two local vigilantes and abducted a woman in Oyo Iwa Community, Obajana, Kogi State.
Intelligence sources told Zagazola Makama that the attack occurred on March 23, 2025, at about 10:30 p.m. when armed men stormed the residence of a man identified as Williams (surname unknown) and kidnapped his wife, dragging her into a nearby bush.
During the incident, two local vigilantes and hunters who attempted to intervene were shot dead, and their pump-action rifles were taken by the assailants.
