Troops arrest three suspected terrorists, recover items in Kaduna

Troops have arrested three suspected terrorists and recovered items during an operation in Kagarko Local Government Area of Kaduna State.
Security sources said the operation was carried out at about 9:30 p.m. on April 7, when troops of Sector 1 mobilised to Janjala Village in the area.
The sources disclosed that the suspects were apprehended in the Janjala axis following credible intelligence.
“Items recovered from the suspects include three mobile phones, the sum of N193,000 and a small bag containing a motorcycle key,” the source said.
The apprehended suspects are currently in custody for further investigation and necessary action.
The operation is part of ongoing efforts by security agencies to rid Kaduna State of criminal elements and restore lasting peace in affected communities.
